Position Overview

The Pre-Grey Grey Room Associate is responsible for initial cleaning of product on outer bag, opening and counting parts to be sent into Work Prep.

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-Grey Room duties

• Perform the initial wipe down any additional needed of the outer bag for parts coming from warehouse going into the Grey Room

• Place parts onto conveyor and pass through parts in a way that prevents damaging of parts

• Grey Room duties

• Accurately handle parts from dirty table to air flow cabinets to make certain we eliminate contamination

• Ensure no parts touch floor

• Count parts need for work prep

• Print out BOM for next production order

• Pre and Grey Room Instructions

• Maintain cleanroom to standards established fully

• Must follow gowning procedures

• Report missing parts from work order

• Report inventory issues to Team Leader

• Obtain additional requests for production in a timely and efficient manner

• Attend and present in Daily Management Meetings when needed

• Keep the work environment in 5S standard

• Responsible for the correct handling of all stock materials

• Willing and able to cross-train in other job duties within internal logistics

Minimum Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent

• Able to be in the required Prep Room gowning attire for duration of shift (Hair net, goggles, mask, frock, shoes covers, gloves, etc.)

• Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience, preferred

• Knowledge of SAP/DSI, preferred

• Travel Internationally if needed

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
