IT Support Analyst - Remote

Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst will join a small global team providing tier two escalation informatics and connectivity support to customers, service engineers, and other internal stakeholders. Support requests involve cloud infrastructure issues, instrument connectivity, software conflicts, lab information system connections, local area networking, and implementation of remote support tools as well as some cloud administration. Responsibilities: - Act as informatics/connectivity escalation support on customer support calls and for field service engineers, supporting connected and cloud-based instruments
- Navigate complex customer networking environments to facilitate the implementation of software and instrumentation, meeting both internal and external privacy and security requirements
- Provide pre-sales support on IT related issues for customers and sales partners
- Manage and sustain proprietary remote support tool including new account requests, troubleshooting and reporting
- Support internal projects such as OS updates, patches, and new products to ensure service and customer readiness
- Develop, validate and implement new service documentation and drive excellence in both internal and external customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Customer facing technical support
- Experience troubleshooting or problem solving technical and IT related issues
- Experience in Remote Desktop Sharing tools
- Experience with Lab Information Systems
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Secure Data Collection
- Understanding of regulated environments (FDA, GMP)
- BS in IT, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Medical Technology or Biomedical Engineering or relevant experience
Bonus Skills: - Experience with laboratory instrumentation, specifically as related to applications, connectivity or cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and server infrastructure
- Flexible schedule coverage for global support
#LI-DR1 - The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
- This job is also eligible for sales incentive pay.
