You will be responsible for LC-MS product demonstration, field application support, product/method develop, technical marketing content generation, internal and external training in biopharma market.
Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations that show groundbreaking LC/MS product and workflows in biopharma
Deliver on-site customer training and support on SCIEX products and systems
Work with product development and research to assist in defining, developing and thoroughly testing new hardware and software products.
Perform application development directed at advancing cutting edge LC/MS and MS/MS in new market areas.
Participation in global scientific community through conferences, seminars and training programs
Find opportunities and support collaborations in biopharma for the application of SCIEX technology.
- BS or higher degree is desired in chemistry or biology
- Experience in biopharma characterization workflows covering sample preparation, analytical method development and data processing
- > 2 years of experience in LC-MS at a biopharmaceutical/biotech company is a plus
- Extensive sample preparation and strong chromatographic separation skills and experiences are needed.
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
- Up to 30% travel is required for this position.
