We're building a strong Service marketing team to drive recurring revenue from our instrument customers, and help them focus more on discovery, cures, therapies, and making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Your position will focus on driving demand for services for our Laboratory Products Division (LPD) customers. You'll develop our global marketing strategy for LPD services, and you'll create and implementing omnichannel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success building killer marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as influencing team members within a highly matrixed organization to adopt and implement them. Teresa Sanchez: Director of Market Development for Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES) at Thermo Fisher Scientific What will you do? - Develop global marketing strategy for our LPD service portfolio, aligned to LPD’s priority markets and IES’ strategic plan for growth
- Work with IES Product Marketing to establish effective marketing plans, messaging, initiatives, and launch targets for new service introductions (NSIs) for both IES and LPD commercial teams to achieve revenue and contract attachment goals
- Collaborate with North America regional division commercial, marketing, and channel partners to provide engaging training, sales tools, and service messaging to increase point-of-sale attachment and conversion for service contracts
- Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies targeting segments that drive demand generation, pipeline health and contract penetration
- Partner with our IES LPD regional marketing manager to ensure the global strategy is localized for EMEA
- Conduct VOC to assess the impact of service contract positioning, brand equity, customer satisfaction and marketing effectiveness.

How will you get here? - 5+ years experience driving marketing campaigns that result in measurable results required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business management and/or science required
- Experience in a global marketing, regional marketing, or commercial role, preferably within a professional services environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Experience in Professional Service organizations preferred
- Knowledge of the following key competencies: Marketing communications, digital marketing, customer segmentation, value proposition development and marketing program development and execution
- Passionate about demonstrating ROI of marketing, sales, and related metrics and KPIs
- Ability to produce marketing materials – written, video, etc – in English
- Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with high proficiency in English
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals across the globe
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimal guidance
- Travel is required (25%) and may be international, including representing the organization at customer events
