We are in a process of establishing a shared service across all sites in North and South America. This HR Shared Service Manager is a key for the success of the team. The hired person will initiate, manage and execute all Human Resources services for the Company through the team of 3 professional associates. The key is to ensure corporate goals and objectives are achieved, while maintaining compliance with all state and federal labor laws. The position is responsible for a variety of strategic initiatives across the Region as well as day to day administrative support for the Carlsbad (the main internal customer) and Minnesota manufacturing sites and for the commercial part of our business with its office in Brea and field associates across the US and other countries in the Region. All the responsibilities we will trust you with - Establish Shared Service for the Americas Region
- TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) on current administrative processes related to full employee cycle
- Provide employee relations support, representing employee and management perspectives objectively
- Supervises training policy and procedures for manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with quality requirement, Danaher standards and legal provisions.
- Improve the level of HR standard work support for all the internal customers, especially the main manufacturing site in Carlsbad
