Sr. Business Execution Consultant - Corporate Security
About this role: Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Management team. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will work across the Corporate Security team and coordinate with various business partners to lead and manage Issues in alignment with the Wells Fargo Issue Management Policy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing emerging risks and potential issues from pre-vetting through validation. The mission of Corporate Security is to provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and physical assets. The Business Management team is responsible for: - The day-to-day management and operational cadence of the Corporate Security team

In this role, you will: - Lead and Manage Issues in alignment with the Wells Fargo Issue Management Policy requirements
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading and managing Issues in alignment with the Wells Fargo Issue Management Policy
- Strong project management experience with the ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
- Previous experience developing and implementing control and monitoring program
- Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
* Telecommute is NOT an option for this role. This position has returned to the office 3 days a week.
