Collaboration with departments such as R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality will be essential to enhance product quality and serviceability.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This will be accomplished by assisting in creating various documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting tips, training materials, and reports, while leveraging process improvement tools to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency enhancements. </span></p><p></p><p><b>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><span>In accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations, as well as Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Complete projects (varied by function) either individually or as part of a team, involving strategic business issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present final project(s) to key stakeholders in the department.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with teams like R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to help develop and improve products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in creating helpful documents such as user guides, troubleshooting tips, training materials, and reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help identify ways to improve product quality and serviceability using process improvement tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicates relevant business-related issues and opportunities to the next management level to facilitate informed decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.</span></p></li><li><p><span>For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><b>EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering; must have completed at least sophomore year before internship starts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum GPA: 3.0.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><b>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS</b><i>*</i></p><ul><li><p>Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Problem Solving: Basic analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions that enhance quality and service operations.</p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><div><div><div><p><span>Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
