The Training Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing career development programs, facilitating behavior and technical skills courses, and managing the train-the-trainer and other specialized programs.

This position is part of the Lodi Learning & Development Department and will be located in Lodi, CA, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as site training development consultant, providing start to finish project management and professional advice

• Develop classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions using the ADDIE Process for various learning modes

• Facilitate learning courses and experiences for various departments

• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor and report on effectiveness

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience (training, facilitation, instructional) or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience or Master's degree
• Strong data analysis, project management, public speaking and computer skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 22lbs, prolonged standing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Training/Facilitation

• Manufacturing Operations

• Instructional Design/Video Editing

The annual salary range for this role is $72,500-$100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
