  • Customer Discovery : Lead continuous product discovery alongside design and engineering, regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritize the most valuable problems to solve.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate within the 4-in-the-box model (with Product Design, Engineering, and Scrum Master) to ensure shared ownership of outcomes, strong team alignment, and fast, high-quality decision-making across the product lifecycle.

  • Feature Development : Translate strategy and customer insights into clearly articulated problems, desired outcomes, and success metrics, working with the team to shape solutions and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and deeply understand customer problems and translate them into impactful product solutions.

  • Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and metrics to inform decisions. Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Looker, SQL (or equivalents) is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience owning product outcomes rather than delivery outputs.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product work, including rapid prototyping, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and synthesis of customer and data insights, resulting in improved decision quality and team efficiency.

  • Solid understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs related to mobile development, APIs, and third-party integrations.

  • Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
